If you are not satisfied with any merchandise that you receive, for any reason, we will gladly take back any unused merchandise and refund the original price of purchase within 10 days of the date of the original order. Or you may choose to exchange your merchandise. Simply return for a refund or exchange. You are responsible for postage on returned merchandise. Harlequinbymaartje.com will not reimburse for any shipping costs incurred either for your return or for your original order unless the merchandise is found to have a defect.
